Return policy?
For printed photos: You are eligible to return the item if it is defective! 5-10% ink stains are not considered as defective as ink jet printer is used & that will happen! (though all items are checked thoroughly before sending), you can send a video of product and mail it to us. If the problem is genuine you will get a refund after our courier partner receives the order.
For Candles: There can be minor defects on candles as they are handmade.
For Apparel: All orders on Luxe - MagicShop orders are printed to ship (printed on demand).
If a cancellation is applicable after delivery (damage quality issues, wrong size, wrong item). In this case, we will initiate a return. All other cases are mentioned in the policy below.
Note: The return/exchange is only available if there’s an issue with fabric, print quality or we deliver the wrong size or color. Otherwise, orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

COD charges Rs. 40-60 extra for COD on Orders below ₹999
COD charges Rs. 150 extra for COD on Orders over ₹1,000 and
COD charges Rs. 250 extra for COD on Orders over ₹2999.
COD Not Accepted on Orders over ₹3999!!
What are the payment options?
Online Payment via UPI, credit card, debit card, net-banking are all available.
Which Wax is used?
We mostly use Soy Wax, Soy - Bees Wax blend, and sometimes other blend waxes.
Other Waxes can be used depending on the candle, Detail about the wax used will be mention in the product description!
