If You are not totally happy with a purchase for any reason, please examine our refund and return policy.
The following terms apply to any products You have purchased from Us.

The following terms and conditions apply to this Return and Refund Policy:
Luxe - Magic Shop, Mumbai 89 (referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement) is referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement.

The objects for sale on the Service are referred to as "goods."
Orders are requests from You to buy Goods from Us.
The Website is the service.
Luxe-Magic Shop which can be found at www.luxe--magicshop.in is referred to as a website.
You refers to the person accessing or using the Service, as well as the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that person is doing so.

Your Right to Cancel an Order
If you have any personal issue like moving out, demise in family, you have the right to cancel it.
(Apparels i.e. Clothing range are made on demand thus they CANNOT BE CANCELLED, but you can postpone the delivery date)

We will pay You within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods. We will repay you using the same method of payment that you used for the Order, and you will not be charged any fees. 

Returns Regulations (Only if considered defective)
Please ensure that the following conditions are met in order for the Goods to be eligible for a return:
The items were bought within the last three days.
The items are brand new, in their original box, and in perfect condition (s).
The following items are not returnable:
The provision of goods that are custom-made or obviously tailored to your needs.
The provision of goods that, by their nature, are not returnable, deteriorate quickly, or have passed their expiration date.
The provision of goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not acceptable for return owing to health or hygiene concerns.
The delivery of goods that, by their nature, are inseparably combined with other commodities after delivery.

In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deny returns of any goods that does not meet the above return restrictions.
PLEASE NOTE: The client is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the goods.
Returning Purchases
Without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Return of Print on Demand Apparels

All orders on Luxe-MagicShop are printed to ship (printed on demand). 

If a cancellation is applicable after delivery (damage quality issues, wrong size, wrong item),

we’ll initiate a return.

Note: The return/exchange is only available if there’s an issue with fabric, print quality or we deliver the wrong size or color. Otherwise, orders are not eligible for return/exchange.

Jurisdiction
All disputes occurring under whatever conditions can only be tried in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and all trial proceedings shall take place in Mumbai.
